At Jinny Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
